  • Heel Clicks – 30 seconds each side (1 minute total)
  • Shoulder Hovers – 30 seconds
  • Downward Dog with Opposite Side Reach – 30 seconds
  • Golf Posture Wall Rotations – 30 seconds each side (1 minute total)
