What to Expect
- We’ll start by discussing what you’re looking to get out of lessons
- You can bring your own clubs or borrow some for the lesson
- We’ll take a look at your current swing, even if you’ve never swung a club before, and discuss what could be worked on
- We’ll go through practice routines you can do at home between lessons
- We’ll create a plan for the next few lessons
About Joshua
Josh joined the team at Hallamshire in November 2021, turning Professional in 2022 and successfully completed his PGA training in 2025. As a junior, Josh quickly developed a strong passion for golf, reducing his handicap to 7 in his first full season. Through continued development, Josh went on to represent Sheffield and competed in competitions at National level, ultimately achieving a +2 handicap. Since turning Professional, Josh's primary focus turned to coaching and is building a rapidly growing client base on all aspects of the game, with particular specialism in putting. Josh is TPI Certified as well as Level 3 Sam Putt Lab certified, allowing him to deliver detailed, data-driven coaching tailored to each player. Josh leads the Junior Coaching Programme at Hallamshire alongside one-to-one lessons, all of which include Skillest video analysis to support technical improvement and long-term development.
