What to Expect

  • We’ll start by discussing what you’re looking to get out of lessons
  • You can bring your own clubs or borrow some for the lesson
  • We’ll take a look at your current swing, even if you’ve never swung a club before, and discuss what could be worked on
  • We’ll go through practice routines you can do at home between lessons
  • We’ll create a plan for the next few lessons

About Shaun

I teach people to play golf, and golfers to play the game better. I believe that there are many ways to swing well and play good golf, and that there are actually very few “rules” that must be obeyed for you to do so – I have coached a person with a missing limb to a single figure h/c which would be evidence of that. Your swing and your golf game are highly personal – so is my approach to helping you. Since the late 1990’s I’ve Coached at some of the most beautiful (and some of the most humble) golf facilities in Africa, the Middle East and the UK, and from 2014-2016 I Caddied all around the world as part of the PGA European Tour – you could say I’ve seen a few things and met a few people.
